This program further refines alignment, strength, flexibility, and stamina, introducing more advanced asanas and deeper techniques. Rooted in the four cornerstones of Shriyog—Iyengar Yoga, Ayurvedic lifestyle, Indian philosophy, and the arts—this class offers a balanced approach to holistic well-being.

Suitable For:

  • Students who have completed Level 1 and are ready for a more challenging practice.
  • Those looking to deepen their understanding of yoga and expand their practice.
  • Individuals with some prior yoga experience seeking to refine their skills and deepen their practice.

Class Syllabus:

  • Everything in level 1 + introduces more challenging asanas.
  • Expanding breathwork (pranayama) practices.
  • Advanced use of props for deeper alignment and support.
  • Building endurance through more dynamic sequences.
  • Exploring yoga philosophy for a deeper connection to mind-body harmony.

Recommended Duration:

It is recommended to stay in Level 2 for 12 months to 2 years to fully integrate and master the practices before moving to intermediate-level classes.
