- Gentle Yoga – Suitable for seniors, and students who are very stiff in the joints and muscles. Students will practice a combination of stretches, releases and asanas with an option to practice on a Yoga mat or seated on a chair. Unable to sit on the floor should not stop you from joining Gentle Yoga batch with us. (Wednesday and Saturday – 5 pm to 6 pm)
- Level 1 – Learn and practice the foundations of Iyengar Yoga practice. Level 1 is a graduation from Gentle Yoga or a beginner may enrol directly with no prior experience in Yoga (Monday and Friday – 6 pm to 7 pm)

- Yoga with Hitesh Level 2 – The classes combine a healthy dose of theory and practice. Everyone is welcome to join this batch and perform as per their capacity helping them gradually grow in stamina and strength class by class. (Monday and Wednesday – 6.45 am to 7.45 am)
- Asana, Pranayama and Philosophy with Rajeshree Ma’am – Suitable for practitioners who have minimum 2 years experience in Iyengar Yoga. One has to be independent enough to understand the terms and anatomical explanations to put into practice as each class progresses from asana to asana. Pranayama will be held on every last class of the month. (Every Friday – 6.45 am to 8.15 am)
- Savasana and Pranayama with Hitesh – Full 60 minutes learning and practice of Savasana & Pranayama. This class is conducted mid-week so that you can re-connect to your inner self and rejuvenate your outer self (Every Thursday – 6.15 pm to 7.15 pm)
- Gen Next – An action-packed asana class for Kids and teens aged 7.5 years to 18 years (Every Saturday – 8 am to 9 am)
- Women’s Health Exclusive with Rajeshree – A detailed and seriously fun class to deal with women’s health in teens, menstural cycles, menopause and old age. Seats are limited and it is mandatory to complete at least 3 months of level 1 before joining this batch (only for women, every Tuesday 9.45am to 10.45am)
