Dnvaneshwari is a commentary on Shrimad Bhagwad Geeta in a poetic form composed in Marathi by Sant Dnyaneshwar. ('Sant' is Marathi equivalent of 'saint' in English). Sant Dnyaneshwar is fondly called in Maharashtra as "Mauli"- "The loving mother".
