3) REFUND & OTHER POLICIES:
Refund Policy
Admission Denials – An applicant who is denied admission into any program due to admission becoming full is entitled to a full refund of all money paid by said applicant.
Three (3) Day Cancellation – An applicant who submits written notice of cancellation within three (3) business days after email confirmation, is entitled to a refund of 50% money paid. The refund will be paid within thirty (30) days of receiving the notice of cancellation. Cancellations After Three business days after email confirmation and payment is not entitled to a refund. If the applicant wants to withdraw from any program for any reason they can write to us at shriyoghr@gmail.com to solve any dispute.
Shriyog Shop – We do not take returns for any product sold from the Wellness shop. Read all descriptions, material, sizes etc before you purchase any product. If you have received the goods in damaged condition, send us the details and pictures to shriyog.life@gmail.com and we will help you in suach a matter
Terms and Conditions
Agreement of Release and waiver of Liability Form for services provided
I hereby agree that
- I am participating in Yoga Class as offered by the ‘Shriyog Institute’ during which I will receive information and instructions about Yoga. I recognize that Yoga requires some physical exertion, which may be strenuous and may cause physical injury, and I am aware of risks and hazards involved.
- In consideration of being permitted to participate in Yoga Classes, I assume full responsibility for any risk, injury, or damage, known and unknown, which I might incur as a result of my participation in the program.
- In further consideration of being permitted to participate in Yoga Classes, I knowingly, voluntarily and expressly waive any claim I may have against ‘Shriyog Institute’, its instructions and staff for any injury or damages that I may sustain as a result of participating in the program.
- I, my heirs or legal representatives, forever release waive, discharge and covenants negligence or other acts.
- Right of admission is reserved with the ‘Shriyog Institute’. For online sessions only one device allowed per class per registration and payment.
- Fees once paid will not be returned back in any circumstances.
- I agree not to record audio, notes or video in the online / on-site classes and keep my camera switched on during the entire session for the instructor to correct my asanas wherever possible
- Every class, the Student can sign in from only one device per registration.
- Family members can practice together in the same room, utilizing only 1 device per registration.
- If you don’t want to or cannot attend a particular class, you can gift it to a friend or family member (only for family package bookings).
- You cannot gift a class which you are already attending.
Anti-Harassment Policy
Harassment Against Members of Protected Class. We do not permit managers, employees, teachers, independent contractors, students, or others in the workplace to harass any other person because of age, gender (including pregnancy), race, ethnicity, culture, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, disability, socioeconomic status, genetic information, or any other basis proscribed by law.
Grievance Policy
Reporting of Policy Violations – We encourage anyone who has been the subject of misconduct or any other action that violates our policies and Code of Conduct to report the incident to our CS team or school management. The report should contain the following information: email to shriyogrhr@gmail.com
- Your full name
- Your email and phone number
- The name of the person who the grievance is against
- A description of the alleged policy violation;
- The date and location of the policy violation;
- Names and contact information of any witnesses with first-hand knowledge of the situation; and,
- Any other credible evidence that is available to support the grievance.
In the interest of fairness and privacy, all reports must be made by the person who has personally experienced the misconduct. We will not investigate a matter based upon a third-party report of misconduct.
