Intermediate Batch Magarpatta – Mon & Friday 6.30 to 7.30am (IST)


This class takes place on Monday & Friday at 6.30am IST. This course is designed for Intermediate students. The syllabus covers a thorough list of 100+ Yogasanas designed for intermediate practice based on the Shriyog seasons calendar spread over 12 months. Therefore our recommended time in this course is a minimum of 1 year or more. Intermediate classes at Shriyog maily focus on deeper body alignment of the body, flexibility and strength with introduction to philosopy and ayurveda concepts in the form of tips and suggestions . You will also be using Iyengar Yoga props which will be helpful in taking your practice and experience deeper. Every month, one Pranayama class will also be conducted specifically designed for intermediate students

Recommended for – Students with foundational knowledge of Iyengar Yoga. Strongly Recommended that students complete at least one year of beginners classes before joining intermediate
